Full Terms and Conditions:

1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 or over. So that we are completely fair, anyone professionally connected to the Promoter (Yoplait UK Limited) is not allowed to enter.
2. No purchase necessary; however, internet access is required.
3. Promotion Period: You can enter daily between 00.01 BST on the 1st October 2019 and 23.59 GMT on 31st December 2019.
4. To Enter: Visit www.petitfilous.co.uk, enter your details (full name and email address), then tick the required boxes to be entered into a daily prize draw.
5. All entries must be received by the end of each day in the Promotion Period to be valid and no liability is accepted for incomplete or late entries.
6. You may enter once per day during the Promotion Period. You may only win one Prize during the Promotion Period.
7. The Prizes: One winner each day during the Promotion Period will win a £50 Muddy Puddles voucher. There will be 92 winners in total during the Promotion Period. 8. Winner Selection: 1 winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received each relevant day during the Promotion Period. The prize draw will be run by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service within 5 working days of the end of each relevant day during the Promotion Period.
9. Winner Notification: The winners will be contacted by the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of Winner Selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility, acceptance of the Prize and further delivery information, within 14 days of initial contact. If a winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
10. The winners should allow 28 days for delivery of their Prizes from the date of acceptance of the Prize.
11. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their surname and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the surname and county of residence of the winners. The winners may object to their surname and county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced, by advising the Promoter during the Winner Notification stage.
12. We’re sorry but you can’t transfer a Prize to someone else. The Promoter reserves the right to offer you an alternative prize (which will definitely be of equal value) or cash alternative if the winner is not satisfied with the original Prize.
13. If this Promotion can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of this promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify any person involved. We will also have the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.
14. Unfortunately, if you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion or Prize itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) Yoplait won’t be liable for this.
15. We believe in fair play. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted, and we will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the Promotion. If you’re found to be cheating or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, you will be excluded.
16. If someone or something tampers with this Promotion in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure which is within the control of Yoplait or its agencies, Yoplait and its agencies will not be responsible for the promotion, prize or for the non-inclusion of entries. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
17. Subject to the consent of the winners, the surname and county of the winners will be available by visiting www.promowinners.com/PetitFilous for a minimum of 8 weeks following the close of the Promotion Period.
18. Data Privacy: Your personal data will only be used for this Promotion by the Yoplait and/or by any agent appointed by us to assist with running of the Promotion on our behalf, unless we have your positive consent. 19. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

21. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
